A LOCAL SHOP WITH A PINK-OFFICE STORY

Easy to spot. Here to help.

Alamo began under a home carport in 2017, with a little pink office. The shop grew. The pink stayed. Today, Beto and the team welcome Fort Stockton neighbors and travelers at the service bays on West Dickinson Boulevard—with an air-conditioned waiting room and a covered patio.

MORE WAYS WE CAN HELP

Beyond the tires.

Keep your vehicle going

Start with a conversation about the symptoms and the repair you need.

Beyond mechanical repair

Share the vehicle and job details so the shop can confirm the scope.

A clear next step.

A useful conversation starts with the details.

Tell us what happened

Share the vehicle, symptom and any travel deadline. For tires, have the complete sidewall size ready.

Confirm the plan

Discuss assessment, price, parts and timing with the shop before approving work.

Know what is confirmed

An online request is a starting point. Appointments and roadside dispatch are confirmed separately.

Before you head our way.

How do I get the right price before coming over?

Share your vehicle year, make and model and the work you need. For tires, include the complete sidewall size. Ask about the assessment fee, parts, labor and timing before agreeing to work. Current pricing must be confirmed with the shop.

Can you tell me how long the repair will take?

Timing depends on the diagnosis, parts and current workload. Tell the shop if you are passing through or have a travel deadline. Confirm the estimate for your vehicle directly; a review describing a quick repair is not a guaranteed turnaround.

What can I expect while waiting at the shop?

There is an air-conditioned waiting room and an outdoor covered patio. Public restrooms are not available at the shop. If you need a ride, pickup or drop-off, ask about current options before arranging your visit.

Does an online request reserve an appointment?

No. A request shares your needs with the shop. Availability and any appointment must be confirmed separately. Call for urgent help or roadside dispatch; an online request does not send a truck.

Can you help if I am traveling through West Texas?

Alamo is based in Fort Stockton and assists local drivers and travelers. The Google service area includes Alpine, Marathon, Sanderson, Balmorhea, Pecos, Monahans, Crane, Grandfalls and Imperial. Roadside coverage depends on your location and the help needed, so call to confirm before waiting for assistance.

Are the shop and towing service open the same hours?

Shop hours are listed as 8 AM–8 PM every day. Alamo separately advertises 24/7 towing. Call to confirm after-hours dispatch, current availability and holiday hours.
